Following a history of working across different industries two issues were common. Avoidance of financial matters and lack of professional development outside of an employee or citizen's primary focus.
Financial decisions are often left to procurement and finance teams, instead of each individual taking ownership in evaluating how current actions and projects can both create new and impact current financial plans,
Employees and citizens often seek development around their focus area, but not holistic professional development. For those who do receive comprehensive development, they are often reserved for the manager to executive level employee.
Financial Educators, LLC addresses this need by providing consulting, programming, and coaching to companies, governments, and institutions focused on financial strategy and literacy, as well as, professional development content around leadership and stewardship.
